submitted by Adam A. - |Recommended: YesGrounds cleanliness — The dumpster is overflowing and trash on the ground. We have yet to be able to use the dumpster and have had to take our trash to the landfill ourselves when we had trash. It's not the apartment complex fault, some tenants don't break down boxes which takes up alot of room and instead of waiting until the dumpster has been dumped before they add trash they just throw it on the ground unfortunately.

submitted by Louis A. - |Recommended: YesGreat so far — Really enjoying my new home, clean and quiet. Area is up kept well. Any maintenance issues have been addressed quickly. Only issue is with it being a new complex it's hard to get deliveries and Uber pickups because the new address not being in all systems. Otherwise things are great.
